How does BodyTalk work?When healthy, the body's systems communicate like a perfectly synchronized orchestra. Stress, however, can disrupt this communication, causing imbalance. BodyTalk helps the body remember how to restore its natural balance by re-establishing these communication pathways. When your body is in a relaxed state, it is better equipped to heal, both physically and emotionally.

What happens during a BodyTalk session?In a typical BodyTalk session, you remain fully clothed while lying down, and the practitioner uses neuromuscular biofeedback to communicate with your body’s innate wisdom. By asking a series of yes/no questions, the practitioner identifies areas of imbalance. Gentle tapping on the head, heart, and gut helps reset communication pathways in the body, ensuring that the necessary healing information is processed. Sessions can be done in person or remotely, with both being equally effective.

Since all living beings are connected through consciousness, distance healing taps into this collective connection, allowing healing to take place no matter where you are.

What kind of relief can BodyTalk provide?Everybody is different and every person has such a different story, so each experience can vary greatly. Some people get an immediate relief in their symptoms and others discover that they have a lot of hidden stories that need clearing for a long term healing. After the session, clients report: feeling lighter, breathing easier, having a brighter outlook, and feeling more grounded. Their bodies feel more mobile, their pain decreases, and their symptoms improve. Best of all, these shifts are accompanied by experiencing a shift in understanding and change in perspective, too. In general, when we can calm the nervous system, release the emotions we've been harboring inside our bodies, and slow down our minds, our experience of life can shift from survival to calm; from fight or flight to rest and digest; from panic, fear, overreactions, and impatience to feeling grounded, sturdy, and centered; from annoyed and angry to peaceful and joyful.
